COMMISSION DISTRICT #4 Bernalillo County Commission District 4 is the largest of the five districts in both population, approximately 160,000 people and number of registered voters - 90,000. This district has experienced record growth over the past ten years and has more new/recent construction than the other four districts; resulting in the highest property taxes in Bernalillo County. By party affiliation and voting "performance" the district is strongly Republican. There has never been a Democrat elected to represent this area - and there are NO Democratic candidates who have filed to run in this election.
